- The snowfield-like Pamukkale travertine terraces, also known as Cotton Castle in English, are one of Turkey’s most well-known natural beauties. They flow down the slope amid the surrounding vegetation and are completely white.
- Most of the 17 springs are batheable since the water they come from ranges in temperature from 35 °C (95 °F) to 100 °C (212 °F).
